Skin Lightening Toner

A refreshing skin toner that helps lighten skin, moisturizes, smoothens & tightens pores for a more youthful look. Directions: After cleansing, apply moderately on the face and neck using cotton balls and massage lightly with uniform circular and upward motion followed by a moisturizer or Skin lightening cream (night). Use sunblock cream or gel before going outdoors.
